Adfactors PR, Delhi bags the Maruti account
Continuing its run of client wins in New Delhi, Adfactors PR has recently added the prestigious Maruti Suzuki India Ltd (MSIL) account to its list. This is for the first time that the auto major has opted to work with an external PR agency.
Confirming the development, Madan Bahal, Managing Director, Adfactors Public Relations, said, “We are happy that Maruti has trusted us with the responsibility of enhancing its image through public relations. It is a reaffirmation of our strong domain expertise in the auto sector. We will be handling Maruti’s media relations and delivering them superior value through consumer PR.”
MSIL, India’s largest car maker, sold 71,000 vehicles in September 2008 and plan to re-enter the European market with the fuel-efficient, environment friendly, compact World Strategic Model, A-Star.
The acquisition of the MSIL account consolidates Adfactors PR’s auto vertical which includes clients such as Mahindra & Mahindra, Mahindra Renault, Bharat Forge, MAGNA International, AMW (Asian Motor Works), and the JBM Group.
These acquisitions now make Adfactors PR one of the top three agencies in the NCR region.
