The local communities and a range of special interest
groups have an increasing on the plans and activities of corporations
and governments. Lack of effective bridge-building with the local
communities often create complications for new project sitings.
In the last few years, several Indian companies have had to relocate
their projects in the face of opposition from local communities
at great expense in terms of time and project cost.
Support-building campaigns often require the formation
of a coalition of like-minded groups which believe in and support
the company’s cause. By identifying and communicating with
these groups to support the client’s cause, we add significant
