Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Information on Cancellations & Refunds

Adfactors PR Private Limited (“Adfactors PR”) provides strategic communications, public relations, media relations, and advisory services that are tailored to each client’s requirements. Payments made to Adfactors PR are against invoices raised for work performed, activities completed, or contractually agreed milestones achieved under the relevant engagement, including payments received through online payment gateways.

Given the customised and professional nature of our services, refunds and cancellations are not generally applicable. This Policy explains how such requests, if any, are handled.

This Policy is intended to provide general clarity. Specific terms agreed in your agreement or statement of work will take precedence.

Cancellations

Our services are planned specifically for each client, and invoices are raised as agreed in the terms of engagement. For this reason, cancellations are ordinarily not permitted.

In exceptional cases where a particular engagement allows for cancellation:

(a) Requests must be made in writing

(b) Cancellations cannot be accepted once services have commenced or where work has been substantially performed.

(c) Each request is reviewed individually, taking into account the scope of work, time spent, and resources already committed.

The submission of a cancellation request does not automatically result in approval, and Adfactors PR retains the discretion to accept or decline such requests.

Refunds 

As a rule, refunds are not applicable due to the professional and bespoke nature of the services provided.

In exceptional circumstances where a refund is approved by Adfactors PR:

(a) The refund will be made to the original mode of payment.

(b) Processing will be completed within fourteen (14) working days from confirmation.

(c) Any bank charges, foreign exchange conversion fees, or payment gateway costs may be deducted from the refunded amount, where applicable.

Delays, if any, caused by banks or payment intermediaries are outside Adfactors PR’s control.

Billing Adjustments 

If a genuine billing error is identified, we will address it promptly by issuing a revised invoice or a credit note, as appropriate.

Taxes 

Taxes charged on invoices, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), once deposited with the relevant authorities, are not refundable. Where a refund is approved, the refunded amount will exclude any taxes already remitted.

Queries and Resolution 

Clients with questions or concerns relating to invoices, payments, or services may reach out to Adfactors PR with relevant details. Each request is reviewed in line with the terms of the applicable engagement and this Policy, with the intent of resolving matters fairly and transparently. Updates to this Policy 

Adfactors PR may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will apply from the date they are published or communicated.
