S Roy Kandpal Director

In his new role as Director, Adfactors PR, Roy brings nearly three decades of communication experience and a proven track record of working with high-performing teams to drive growth.

In Public Relations he has worked across gamut of corporate communications framework such as corporate reputation, issues management, thought leadership, social/digital programs, etc. His current responsibilities include regional growth and planning & executing public relation campaigns for clients. His work in issues management has covered crisis preparedness, change management, country entry and exit communication, M&A's and resulting employee communications, customer/labour/employee/consumer issues, passenger and accident-related communications, etc.

Roy started his career as a Trainee Executive in a PR agency and has worked his way up within the agency framework. Besides public relations, he has sporadically engaged in various assignments like writing, speaking and working for non-profit organisations. Before a career in PR, Roy has worked in sales and market research for 3years. He has studied Economics, Financial Applications and thanks to Adfactors been part of Harvard leadership and global Page society programs.

He loves anything art, poetry and pets.
